We are delighted that our Compliance Officer Charlotte King has been awarded an Outstanding Colleague Award this month.

Compliance and audit processes are vital to the smooth running of our business, and Charlotte continually goes above and beyond to ensure these processes consistently uplift our company and our people.

Charlotte has quickly become the ultimate "go-to" person around the office. She is widely recognised for her support during intense audit periods. Simply put, nothing ever seems too much trouble for Charlotte.

Here is a closer look at the key achievements, over the last three months, that made this an extremely fitting and worthy award:

• Leading with excellence: Charlotte was heavily involved in leading our second ACS and ISO audits very successfully, directly helping the company achieve improved results.
• Operational improvements: she lent her expertise to Microsoft Office-related projects to streamline operations for the sales division, creating new reports to  support their day-to-day workflow.
• Business protection: she successfully completed a very time consuming internal project specifically designed to bolster the business.
• Supporting wellbeing: beyond compliance, Charlotte recently impressed with the  rollout of our mental health awareness training - an initiative that was “beautifully  put together and exceptionally well-delivered”, according to her nominee.

Charlotte perfectly exemplifies our foundational values of Support and Excellence. She completes all tasks, from technical audits to internal projects, to a very high standard and in a thoroughly professional way.

Upon receiving her award, Charlotte commented: "I am incredibly happy to have been given this award. I can honestly say that I cannot do any of the work I do without the support and teamwork from everyone in 4 Site Security that I work alongside each day. Every single colleague does an amazing job, and their understanding of compliance and the industry makes all the difference."
